About Andrea

Design was the
starting point.

I began by making digital experiences clearer. The responsibility grew: from the interface, to the product, to the team and the business around it.

A wider frame

I still care about the detail.
I ask different questions now.

Early in my career, a successful piece of work meant a clear experience, carefully designed and properly delivered. That standard stayed with me as the remit expanded.

At Neos, I became responsible for the team and the product direction. O-HIVE took me further into technical product development. Co-founding Izisurf made the commercial and operational consequences immediate: a feature needed participants, a campaign needed a working process and a partnership needed a reason to last.

My current market-development work carries that same attention into a new setting. The product, its customers and the business model still have to make sense together.

The foundations / Webkick

Learning to deliver
with other people.

At Webkick, a UK digital agency, I learned how client needs became briefs, how design choices met development constraints and how a team carried work into launch. It was a practical foundation for the responsibilities that came later.

The perspective I bring

Comfortable across the table.

I can work with an engineer on a difficult product requirement, with a creator on a collaboration, or with a prospective partner on the economics of a programme. The point is not to be the specialist in every room. It is to understand enough to make a sound decision and connect the work.

I value teams that are direct, curious and serious about the experience they create. I bring a design background, product judgement and a willingness to own the less visible operational work that a good launch depends on.

Looking forward

A long-term role.
Meaningful responsibility.

I’m open to opportunities in Japan or South Korea.

I’m interested in product leadership, programme ownership, business operations and new ventures with a clear mandate to deliver.
